Belly Fat Blaster Smoothie

This belly fat blasting smoothie requires only 4 ingredients.

It’s super healthy, but tasty and refreshing too.

Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain. This enzyme is found in the juice of pineapple and helps to metabolize protein, which in turn burns away all the excess belly fat.

Cucumber greatly helps with losing belly fat. Thanks to its high water content (95% water) and fiber content, it flushes out toxins, revs up metabolism, gets rid of bloating and constipation.

Lemon boosts metabolism and reduces absorption of fat. It’s also promotes good digestion and poor digestion is often the cause of bloating.

Mint helps with digestion and can relieve bloating. Another great thing about mint is that it suppresses appetite.
Belly Fat Blaster Smoothie

To make the smoothie you can use fresh or frozen pineapple. You can use whole lemon or just juice from it. You can add some water if you want your smoothie to be less thick. Mint can be strong, so be careful. Add as much mint as you like.

Ingredients:

  • pineapple 2 cups (fresh or frozen, your choice)
  • lemon 1 (or just freshly squeezed juice from 1 lemon)
  • cucumber 1 small, or half of a big one
  • fresh mint leaves (up to taste)

Tip: If you used fresh pineapple, add some ice cubes in as well.
Blend everything until smooth. Enjoy it at any time in a day, but it’s best on empty stomach in the morning.
