Healthy Iced Coffee Protein Shake Recipe
Ingredients

  • 300 ml Filtered Coffee (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 scoop Perfect Keto Protein Powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)
  • 2 tsp Lakanto Monkfruit (natural sweetener)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 4-5 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a high-speed blender (This Ninja Nutri blender works best) and blend for about 30 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency.
  2. Pour into a large glass and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • One serving contains about 5g net carbs.
